美国石油工程师协会(Society of Petroleum Engineers，简称SPE)。拥有来自148个国家的129,900多名会员，致力于石油天然气及相关能源资源的勘探与生产。SPE提供的解决方案OnePetro是一个面向油气勘探与生产行业的在线技术文献库，提供24个出版合作伙伴的超过140万条可搜索条目，OnePetro.org是油气领域的权威资源，赋能推动能源行业前进。
